Watertruck+ bvba processes personal data in accordance with this privacy statement.
Reasons for processing
Watertruck+ bvba collects and processes the personal data needed to send information related to the Watertruck+ project.
Legal basis of the processing
Personal data is processed on the basis of article 6.1. [(a) Consent] of the General Data Protection Regulation. Every person has the right to withdraw the consent given.
Transfer to third parties
If necessary, in order to achieve the stated purposes, the personal data will be shared with other companies within the European Economic Area which are either directly, or indirectly linked with Watertruck+, or with other partners of Watertruck+.
Watertruck+ guarantees that the recipients of this data will take the necessary technical and organisational measures to protect personal data.
Personal data processed for the purposes of sending information will be kept for the entire duration of the Watertruck+ project and 1 year beyond that.
Right of access, correction, deletion, limitation, objection and transferability of personal data
Every person has the right to inspect his/her personal data at all times and to correct it (or have it corrected) if it is incorrect or incomplete, to have it deleted, to restrict its processing and to object to the processing of personal data concerning them on the basis of article 6.1 (e) or (f), including profiling on the basis of these provisions.
In addition, the customer has the right to obtain a copy (in a structured, accessible, and machine-readable format) of their personal data and to have that personal data forwarded to another company.
In order to exercise the above rights, the customer is asked to send an e-mail to the following e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The customer has the right to freely object to any processing of their personal data for direct marketing purposes.
The customer has the right to complain to the Commission for the Protection of Privacy (Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels – email@example.com).
